Where I'm from everybody thinks about Highway Sheila. Some individuals even say they knew her,she was a lively woman brimming with giggling and bliss and she was cherishing and minding and would never hurt even an insect, in light of the extent of this town I don't question that some individuals knew her. 

Her demise was horrifying and tragic,nobody knew who or why might anybody need to hurt sheila and her passing stunned everybody. 

She earned her moniker from her haunting directly after her demise. It's said that she was en route home late one night when she had a punctured tire on a roadway, she escaped her auto and waved at the street to attempt and get some help, (I wear think she had a cellphone).
